Oscar Kamerbeek

Oscar Kamerbeek has more than 25 years of professional experience across urban planning, property development, acquisitions, feasibility, residential sales and commercial development management.

Oscar began his career in urban planning in the Netherlands before moving into private property development and residential development management. His career subsequently progressed into property acquisition and senior commercial management, providing experience across the property lifecycle.

Before relocating to Australia, Oscar held senior positions with Dutch property developer Timpaan and housing organisation Woonin.

After relocating to Queensland, Oscar continued working in property development through his independent consultancy, GREEN DVLPMNT, undertaking development and feasibility work for clients in the Netherlands while establishing his family in Australia.

He subsequently moved into the Australian residential construction sector as General Manager of Ascot Homes & Garages in Bundaberg, with responsibility across business operations, commercial management, sales and contracts, systems and process improvement.

Oscar later established Holland Home Improvements, building an independent property services business and an extensive network across the Bundaberg and wider Wide Bay region.

Kamerbeek brings these different parts together — senior development experience, an established Australian business background and a local presence in Wide Bay.
